On 25 July 2014, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) granted an individual exemption to SE Solar 1 and SE Solar 2 from the requirement to obtain an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on the SE Solar 1 and SE Solar 1 applications for individual exemptions. Consultation on the application closed on 7 July 2014. No Submissions were received.
