On 14 April 2014, Allgas Energy Pty Ltd submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for the Allgas distribution network. On 15 May 2014, following the release of March 2014 CPI data, Allgas Energy Pty Ltd provided an updated notice to us. A pass through of costs associated with acquiring and surrendering carbon permits under the Clean Energy Act 2011 was also sought.
On 25 June 2014, the AER approved the updated notice of Allgas Energy Pty Ltd's 2014-15 annual tariff variation. The approved tariffs will apply from 1 July 2014.
