On 20 April 2015, Allgas Energy Pty Ltd submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for the Allgas distribution network. On 14 May 2015, Allgas Energy Pty Ltd submitted a revised notification updated for CPI and the approved pass through of costs associated with acquiring and surrendering carbon permits under the Clean Energy Act 2011.
On 20 May 2015, the AER approved the updated notice of Allgas Energy Pty Ltd's 2015-16 annual tariff variation. The approved reference tariffs will apply from 1 July 2015.
