Distribution Network Service Providers (DNSPs) were asked to conduct a review of their compliance in relation to the Ring-Fencing Guideline (Electricity Distribution) and provide to the AER, by the end of July 2017, a compliance plan identifying:

  • aspects of the Guideline where the DNSP is currently not compliant;
  • how and when compliance would be achieved; and
  • if compliance by 1 January 2018 was not possible, excessively costly or difficult, what waivers or other considerations should be sought from the AER.

DNSPs were also asked to provide an estimate of any material costs they expect to occur in order to achieve compliance, with the Guideline, that may be the subject of a pass-through application.

Compliance plans submitted by DNSPs are provided below in alphabetical order, along with a link to the accompanying waiver application, if any.
