On 31 July 2014 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
Prior to 31 July 2014, this site was registered by Lendlease Funds Management Limited / ABN 94 000 335 473.
From 24 January 2023 exemptions for this site were registered by Hanrine Properties Pty Ltd / ABN 14 651 857 966.
