On 22 December 2023, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from SAS Trustee Corporation (SAS Trustee) to cancel the individual exemption it was granted on 17 September 2019 for the sale of electricity at Plumpton Marketplace, Plumpton NSW. SAS Trustee requested the cancellation of the exemption on the grounds that the site is under new management and energy is now being supplied by Lendlease Property Management (Australia) Pty Limited / ABN 61 002 894 153.
Invitation for submission
Following the process set out in section 10.1 of the AER Exempt Selling Guideline, we are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on SAS Trustee's application to cancel the exemption by Tuesday 30 January 2024.
