On 22 March 2023, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application to cancel the individual exemption it was granted on 7 July 2017 for the sale of electricity at Pumicestone Blue, 111 Bulcock Road, Caloundra, QLD 4551, Australia. We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Pumicestone Blue’s application to cancel the exemption by Monday 24 April 2023.
Pumicestone Blue CTS 33280 requested the cancellation of the exemption on the grounds that it is no longer engaged in the on-selling of electricity at this site as an authorised retailer has taken over the sale of electricity.
