Australian Petroleum Pipelines Pty Ltd (APTPPL), who owns and operates the Roma to Brisbane Pipeline, has submitted its reference service proposal to the AER.
The National Gas Law (NGL) and National Gas Rules (NGR) provide the regulatory framework governing gas networks. As with other covered pipelines, we regulate APTPPL's reference tariffs and through this its revenue under an approved access arrangement.
APTPPL is required to submit for its Roma to Brisbane Pipeline, a gas access arrangement for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2027 to the AER for approval on 1 July 2021. Before doing so, the NGR require service providers to submit a reference service proposal, which describes all the pipeline services and reference services it intends to offer its customers.
