The AER is calling for submissions in response to a request received from WINconnect Pty Ltd on behalf of AMP Capital Investors Ltd to cancel its individual exemption. We will be accepting submissions from interested stakeholders until 24 May 2023.
Background
On 22 December 2020, the AER accepted an application from AMP Capital Investors Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre.

On 29 April 2021, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved AMP Capital Investors Ltd's application for an individual retail exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre, Marrickville, New South Wales.
