The AER is committed to keeping stakeholders well informed on our work in the Better Regulation program. One of the ways we do this is by producing our monthly newsletter update, the October edition of which is available below and on our Better Regulation web page.
Our October newsletter puts the ‘spotlight’ on stakeholder engagement in energy regulation. We will publish our final consumer engagement guideline for network businesses in late October. We are also releasing our own framework for how we as a regulator will engage—the AER Stakeholder Engagement Framework. The newsletter also provides highlights of the previous month’s events and the current month’s upcoming events.
