On 8 October 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) published its draft decision on Directlink's transmission determination for the 2020-25 regulatory control period. Directlink will now have the opportunity to submit a revised proposal in response to the draft decision by 10 December 2019.
Invitation for submissions
We invite interested parties to make submissions on our draft decision (and when it is received, on Directlink's revised proposal) by Wednesday, 15 January 2020.
Upcoming Stakeholder forum
The AER will host a public forum (pre-determination conference) on its draft decision for Directlink on 23 October 2019 at 2pm in our Sydney office. Interested parties who wish to attend this public forum are encouraged to register by 18 October 2019 by email to Directlink2020
