The AER has received a gas access arrangement proposal from APT Pipelines (NT) Pty Ltd for the Amadeus Gas Pipeline. The AER is required under the National Gas Rules (NGR) to determine the revenue allowance for this pipeline. The proposal covers the access arrangement period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2021.
Invitation for submissions
We invite submissions on these proposals by 2 September 2015. Submissions should be emailed to Amadeus2015GAAR
aer [dot] gov [dot] au (Amadeus2015GAAR[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au). The proposal and supporting information have been published on our website.
The AER prefers that all submissions be sent in an electronic format in Microsoft Word or other text readable document form and publicly available, to facilitate an informed, transparent and robust consultation process. Accordingly, submissions will be treated as public documents and posted on the AER's website, unless prior arrangements are made with the AER to treat the submission, or portions of it, as confidential. Those wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:
- clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
- provide a non-confidential version of the submission.
