On 1 July 2021, the AER received an access arrangement proposal from APT Petroleum Pipelines Pty Limited (APTPPL) for its gas transmission Roma to Brisbane Pipeline (RBP) for the five-year period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2027 (2022-27 period).

Invitation for submissions

The AER invites interested stakeholders to make submissions on the RBP 2022-27 access arrangement proposal by the close of business on 18 August 2021.

We prefer that all submissions be publicly available to facilitate an informed and transparent consultative process. We will treat submissions as public documents unless otherwise requested. All non-confidential submissions will be placed on the AER's website. We request parties wishing to submit confidential information:

  • clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim
  • provide a non-confidential version of the submission in a form suitable for publication.

To help stakeholders in their consideration of the RBP 2022-27 access arrangement proposal, we will hold an online public forum on 4 August, prior to the close of the submission period on 18 August.
