Following consultation on an Issues Paper in November 2020, the AER invites stakeholders to attend a virtual discussion on the Electricity Distribution Ring-fencing Guideline.
Submissions to the consultation assisted us in forming preliminary views. As a next step, we would like to test different scenarios and seek further information from stakeholders that will assist in developing our Draft Decision.
Areas that we would like to explore further are:
- The situations where a DNSP would provide the full SAPS system.
- Storage devices.
The AER will circulate further information and presentation slides to all registered stakeholders before the workshop.
