The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has received revenue proposals from New South Wales electricity distributors Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy.
These proposals set out the revenue each business proposes to collect from consumers through network charges from 1 June 2019 to 30 July 2024, and include proposed Tariff Structure Statements for that period.
We have also published our proposed negotiated distribution service criteria for these businesses. These are the criteria to apply in negotiating terms and conditions of access for negotiated services.
Invitation for submissions
The AER will release an issues paper on these proposals in late June. We invite interested parties to make submissions on the regulatory proposals and criteria by Wednesday, 8 August 2018. Submissions should be emailed to: NSW2019-24
