Retail exemptions

The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

On 22 December 2022, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved Elanor Funds Management Limited ATF Tweed Heads Property Trust's application for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Tweed Mall, corners Wharf and Bay Street, Tweed Heads NSW 2485.

The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect.
