On 16 March 2016, the AER accepted an application from Vicinity Funds RE for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorization.

We invite submissions from interested parties on the application by Tuesday 19 April 2016.

Submissions should be emailed “Attention: Sarah Proudfoot, General Manager, Retail Markets Branch” at AERExemptionsaer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERExemptions[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au) with the following title in the email: Vicinity Funds RE Ltd - application for an individual exemption.
