The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 class exemption.

On 6 October 2020, the AER received notice of the cancellation for this registration as the site is now supplied by an authorised retailer.
