The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

Applicable conditions for class exemptions
Prior to 18 July 2018, this registration was held by Fynstat Pty Limited / ABN 43 080 143 399.
From 7 September 2022, an exemption for this site was held by The Trustee for the 12 Cordelia Street Trust / ABN 20 374 551 248.
