The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 class exemption.

Prior to 20 December 2017, this exemption was held by Vicinity Funds RE Ltd / ABN 33 084 098 180.
Since 10 May 2018 this exemption was registered by QIC Active Retail Property Fund / ABN 93 785 517 296
