The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 class exemption.

Applicable conditions for R1 class exemption
Prior to 3 July 2014, this exemption was registered by Dernancourt Village Group Pty Ltd / ABN 80 304 884 724.
On 15 February 2023 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the appointment of WINconnect Pty Ltd / ABN 71 112 175 710 as the embedded network operator and authorised electricity retailer for this site.
