The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R4 class exemption.

Applicable conditions for R4 class exemption
On 10 November 2022, the AER received notice of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates, or sells electricity at the site.
From 23 November 2022 exemptions for this site were registered by Kismet Riverside Pty Ltd / ABN 78 659 367 316.
