On 17 February 2025, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from The Trustee for Energy Bay Victor Fund for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for Warrawong Plaza.

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on The Trustee for Energy Bay Victor Fund's individual retail exemption application for Warrawong Plaza by 18 March 2025.

• clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
