The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

Applicable conditions for class exemptions
Prior to 22 January 2019, this registration was held by 420 on Flinders Pty Ltd / ABN 56 155 490 047
