The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

Before 21 October 2017, this exemption was registered by Primewest Funds Ltd ATF The Breakfast Creek Road Unit Trust / ABN 97 134 321 216.
From 1 July 2022 this exemption was registered by Newstead Central Holdings Pty Ltd / ABN 68 659 397 252.
