The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

Applicable conditions for class exemptions
Before 22 November 2018, an exemption for this site was held by Cryton Investments No 9 Pty Ltd & Rohrig Properties Pty Ltd & The Vercelli Trust / ABN 40 093 912 328.
After 9 February 2021, registrations for the site were held by The Trustee for Aviator Ipswich Fund / ABN 98 609 483 809.
