On 19 November 2014, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Sunlease Management Pty Ltd for an individual electricity exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
Submissions closed Friday 19 December 2014. No submissions were received.
On 14 January 2015, the AER granted an individual exemption to Sunlease Management for the sale of electricity.
