The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 class exemption.

Before 5 September 2017, this exemption was registered by St. Bishoy Pty Ltd / ABN 67 065 513 671.
Cancellation of registration
On 14 October 2020 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the site now being supplied by an authorised retailer.
