On 17 January 2025, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from South Street Energy Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for Crossroads Homemaker Centre Casula.

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on South Street Energy's individual retail exemption application for Crossroads Homemaker Casula by 17 February 2025.

The AER prefers that all submissions be sent in an electronic format in Microsoft Word or other text readable document form and publicly available, to facilitate an informed, transparent and robust consultation process. Those wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:

• clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
• provide a non-confidential version of the submission.
