On 7 August 2014, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Kenjarhy Solar for an individual electricity exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
On 29 October 2014, the AER approved Kenjarhy Solar's application.
