The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

Prior to 15 December 2016, this exemption was held by The Angliss Estate (Annandale) Pty Limited / ABN 96 075 579 752.
From 22 March 2022, exemptions for this site were registered by Shopping Centres Australasia Property Group RE Limited / ABN 47 158 809 851.
