The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 and R5 class exemptions.

Cancellation of registration
On 30 December 2021 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the appointment of Altogether Group Pty Ltd as the embedded network operator and authorised electricity retailer for this site.
