The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R4 class exemption.

Change of registered business name
From August 2018, NSW Holiday Parks Trust changed its name to NSW Crown Holidays Park Manager.
