The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

Prior to 31 August 2018, this registration was held by Francisca Pty Ltd / ABN 43 062 512 065.
From 27 July 2021 registrations for this site were held by ISPT Retail Australia Property Trust (Nundah QLD) / ABN 14 380 753 116.
