The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R4 class exemption.

Cancellation of registration
On 26 February 2024, the AER received notice from INA Operations Pty Ltd of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or sells electricity at the site.
