The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R2 class exemption.

Cancellation of registration
On 30 March 2022 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to Humenergy Group Pty Ltd holding a retailer authorisation.
