The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 class exemption.

Cancellation of registration
On 17 June 2021 the AER received notice of cancellation of this registration as the site is now supplied by an authorised retailer.
