The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R3 class exemption.

Applicable conditions for class exemptions
Before 28 February 2020 exemptions for this site were registered by Kinsmen Diversified Property Fund / ABN 66 111 285 940.
On 29 March 2023 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the appointment of PowerHub Pty Ltd / ABN 27 618 362 888 as the embedded network operator and authorised electricity retailer for this site.
