On 21 February 2017, the AER accepted an application from Embedded Network Solutions Australia to cancel its retail individual electricity exemption for 2-8 Brookhollow Avenue, Baulkham Hills NSW. The process to cancel an individual exemption is similar to the application process. Once an application is received it is open to submissions for a minimum 20 business day consultation period, after which time the AER will approve or refuse the application for cancellation.
