The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

Prior to 17 March 2020 this registration was held by Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited as custodian for Northwest Healthcare Australia RE Limited / ACN 000 341 553.
