The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 class exemption.

From 1 February 2018, this exemption was held by Pep Nominees III Pty Ltd as trustee for 50 Ann Pep Trust / ABN 33 860 027 668.
