The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R2 class exemptions.

Applicable conditions for R2 class exemption
On 4 March 2023 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the appointment of Locality Planning Energy Pty Ltd / ABN 15 148 958 061 on 20 December 2022 as the embedded network operator and authorised electricity retailer for this site.
