The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 class exemption.

Cancellation of registration
On 8 October 2021 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the appointment of Altogether Group / ABN 28 136 272 298 as the embedded network operator and authorised electricity retailer for this site.
