On 12 June 2019, the AER accepted an application from Aventus Tuggerah Pty Limited ATF Aventus Tuggerah Unit Trust for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation.

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Aventus Tuggerah Pty Limited ATF Aventus Tuggerah Unit Trust's application by Friday, 12 July 2019. Submissions should be emailed "Attention: Angela Bourke, General Manager, Consumer and Markets Branch" at AERExemptionsaer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERExemptions[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au) with the following title in the email: Aventus Tuggerah Pty Limited ATF Aventus Tuggerah Unit Trust  - application for an individual exemption.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to grant Aventus Tuggerah Pty Limited ATF Aventus Tuggerah Unit Trust's application.
