On 28 April 2022, the AER accepted an application from Australian Unity to cancel (repeal) an individual exemption for the sale of electricity at Lifestyle Manor Bondi. Australian Unity requests the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates Lifestyle Manor Bondi and does not sell electricity at the site.
