The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1, R2 and R5 class exemptions.

From 24 October 2022, exemptions for this site were registered by The Trustee for Quanta Ann Street Trust / ABN 24 451 668 077.
