The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R4 class exemption.

Cancellation of registration
On 23 March 2021, the AER received notice of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that the registrant no longer owns or operates, or sells electricity at the site.
