On 7 June 2019, we received an application from United Energy Distribution to apply the new Demand Management Incentive Scheme by 1 November 2019.

The NER requires that, prior to making a decision on this application, we seek submissions from stakeholders on the proposal from United Energy for the early implementation of the new DMIS.

We invited energy consumers and other interested parties to make submissions on United Energy's application by 23 July 2019. No submissions were received.
