On 2 December 2021, the AER released a discussion paper seeking views from interested parties on our review of incentive schemes that apply to regulated electricity and gas networks.

We invited energy consumers, network service providers and other interested parties to make submissions on our draft guidance note by 11 March 2022.

On 11 August 2022, we published a position paper on our review of incentive schemes for regulated networks. We sought submissions by 9 September 2022 and held an online stakeholder forum on 26 August 2022.
