On 16 December 2019, we published our Final Position Paper on our review into measures of profitability for the electricity and gas network service providers we regulate.

Following our draft position paper and to assist us in forming our final positions, we established a working group of consumer and industry representatives to provide its views on key issues raised by stakeholders. The working group met between August 2018 and October 2019. In the interest of transparency, we have published the summary of these working group meetings.
